We appreciate your trust in our abaya collection and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. To provide you with clarity on our refund and alteration policies, please read the following details:

 

Orders: 

Orders takes up from 10-15 Days upon full payment. 

Refund Policy:
If you encounter any issues with the abaya you've purchased from us, please contact our customer service within 1-3 days of receiving the item. We are happy to offer a refund if the following conditions are met:

1. The abaya is in its original, unworn condition.
2. All tags and labels are intact.
3. The abaya is returned in its original packaging.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for abayas that have been worn or show signs of wear and tear, as we are unable to resell items not in their original state.

Alteration Policy:
We understand that achieving the perfect fit is essential. If, upon receiving your abaya, you find that adjustments are necessary, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service within 1-3 days of receiving the abaya to request alterations. If requested within this timeframe, alterations are free of charge.
2. Once approved, our skilled tailors will work on the alterations to ensure a precise fit.

For alteration requests made after the initial 1-3 day period, there will be a fee of 50-80 Qatari Riyals (QR), depending on the complexity of the alteration.

Please be aware that any alterations made will be considered final, and we will not accept returns for abayas that have been altered.

Pick-Up and Delivery:
If you require a pick-up for alteration or return, please note that a separate delivery charge will apply. This fee is paid directly to the delivery driver, who operates as a freelancer.
